By using the Advisory Q&A Community App ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

  1. Purpose: of the App is designed to facilitate engagement during in-person data protection workshops or live events. It provides features such as training videos, feedback mechanisms, announcements, and certificate downloads via platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.
  2. Eligibility The App is for individuals interested in data protection. While we use QR codes to accommodate diverse users, we assume you have the basic technological skills necessary to operate the App. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App independently. Minors may use the App with parental supervision.
  3. Account Creation You will be required to create an account and provide accurate personal information. You may also integrate your social media accounts with the App to enable interactive features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  4. Intellectual Property The content provided on the App, including text, graphics, videos, and software, is protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without our express permission. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use any content you post on the App for promotional or development purposes.
  5. User Conduct Be respectful to other users. Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or illegal activities. Do not spam or post commercial content without our permission. Do not upload content that is infringing, false, or harmful. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts for violations.
  6. Data Collection and Privacy Refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details on data collection, use, and protection practices. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
  7. Automated Booking Using our automated booking system grants the system permission to like and post on your behalf to streamline the booking process.
  9. In-App Purchases The App may offer additional content, features, or services for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). Prices for In-App Purchases are clearly displayed within the App. Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms. In-App Purchases may be subscriptions that renew automatically unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. All In-App Purchases are non-refundable
  10. User Account Termination: We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or if we believe your account is being used in a manner that is harmful to our community or our services.
  11. Third-Party Services: The App may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
  12. Suspension of Service: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the App or any part of the App without notice or liability.
  13. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the App will be governed by the laws of Poland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
  14. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms, and you'll be notified of changes. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updates.
